Ar. Kapil Gujrathi The intention of this lecture was to increase the knowledge of the students about the integration of architectural design along with various new building technologies and materials. The lecture helped the students to understand the basics of design, utilization of spaces, reconstruction of spaces, ventilation for spaces (stack effect& cross ventilation) and implementation of design in architecture. An interactive session between Ar. Kapil Gujarathi , students and the faculty members of Dept. of Architecture was arranged . The lecture was concluded with the presentation of a memento and vote of thanks to the guest.

AIM and OBJECTIVES:
• To develop the sketching and rendering skills of the students.
• To understand the values of shades and shadows in rendering
• The Aurangabad caves were selected because of its archeological importance and the stone construction to understand the textures.
