I completed by Bachelors from MIT, Aurangabad, I returned to this institute after two years or professional practice to pursue Masters in Urban Design. After completing Bachelors I have witnessed the importance of knowledge I have gained here. I have put to use my skills in industry. When I began my masters in MIT, it naturally became my first choice for further studies. The course in MIT is an Intensive one packed with multiple guest lectures by expert in industry which were conducted throughout the course. The teachers too, bring a wide array of experience and knowledge lead to the quality of education here in MIT. I can say this with conviction that MIT has been a good decision and great choice of college for me as well as many others.

My experience has been rewarding to say the least. I would like to thank all my teachers, specially the HOD, Prof. Kuldeep Kaur Bhatia for this special learning experience. Over the last two years the hands on approach of teachers really helped us to dwell into the subject and critically understand the intricacies of it. Specially in the second year of Academics when this unpresedented challenge was thrown at all of us. The institute gave us all the support that we needed. It did not let this affect our learning curve, by embrasing technologies so that no exams orr classes were hampered. The institute also encouragd us for extra- curricular activities by helping us enroll in multiple workshops, seminars and competitions for a well rounded development. Lastly I would like to thank all my teachers for always being there for us and guiding us in the right direction to achieve our goals.

Architecture is a field of uniqueness & individuality the passion which comes from within an individual, being a part of the field in MIT is like to realize your own individuality & uniqueness.The faculty is always available and ready to help, they are very caring and interested in student’s well-being. They make sure that every class is fun, educational and interactive. Half a decade is quite some time to look back upon and when I do, I see myself stumbling along the corridors of the department of Architecture to inquire about the entrance test. Today, after semesters full of procrastinating and going through the gruelling sessions of work and co-curricular events, a year of professional training and some worthy memories, I do count my time at the institute to have borne fruition. It has given me an understanding to develop an insight and the maturity to look at architecture and life ahead with a keen perspective and to make a difference in the society that can account for its betterment. I sincerely hope that in the years ahead, the institute nurtures insightful individuals who can feel and do alike.

The whole journey right from knowing the meaning of architecture to the very point of practicing is very enriching.Before entering the Institute the whole concept of architecture was a daunting prospect, but with the kind of exposure and experience the institute has been giving us and the staff here being the greatest support system architecture for me has turned into a passion and lifestyle.I still have it fresh in my mind the answer I used to give when asked upon what is architecture? The key points of MIT that caught my attention at the time of admission were its reputation, position among the top Colleges of the city. The department has a curriculum plan for each subject and is followed throughout the semester. This institution has given me various opportunities that helped me expand the horizon of creativity. Be that competitions, seminars or guest lectures, we have always been motivated to participate. Conducting events and workshops like ZONASA, 2k15, stage decoration for Kalavihangam, all brought the department together inculcating principles of empathy and collaboration in us.Stepping out of Bachelors, I joined Anant National University at Ahmadabad hosting Fellowship for built environment, a step ahead analogous experience. MIT’s contribution in my profession career has been significant. The structured curriculum, the extremely supportive and encouraging staff and the extracurricular activities inspire creative minds to do wonders . The opportunities that i got in my 5 yrs have invoked a sense of leadership and responsibility in me and the ability to take charge of my future. The practical knowledge that was imparted during the course helped me to pursue my interest in the field of Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management from One of the best institutes for construction management in India, NICMAR. Currently I m working with Space Matrix design Consultant Pvt. Ltd. as a Project Manager and i owe my career to my institute.

For me, the Bachelor of architecture in MIT Aurangabad course was a great foundation with outstanding academic content combined with practical exposure.
