To convert the 21st century challenges into opportunities for our students MIT has taken the most important step of merging two of its premier institutions i.e. Maharashtra Institute of Technology and Marathwada Institute of Technology, at Aurangabad with permission from AICTE. The new institute is known as Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Aurangabad and it has been granted a status of an Autonomous Institution by UGC.
