Placement Procedure

    The Training and Placement Office regularly updates student database required for placement process.

    The Placement Office sends invitations to companies/organizations along with relevant information.

    Company/Organization sends the details of the job offered (organization profile, eligibility criteria, pay package, place of posting and allowances) to the placement office.

    Details of the job offer are displayed on the T & P notice board, circulated on web group and also sent through Email/SMS to the students.

    Details of eligible and interested students in the format given by the company/organization along with their resumes is sent to the company HR.

    The company/organization confirms date and entire process of recruitment with the placement office which can either be closed campus recruitment or pool campus recruitment based on company policy.

    On the day of recruitment, the company conducts the placement drive according to their process which may include pre-placement talk, online aptitude test and technical test, group discussion, communication test, technical interview and personal interview.

    On completion of placement process, the company shares the list of selected students with the T & P office on the same day or communicates later within 2-3 days.

    The company/organization hand over the offer letters of the selected students on the same day or later to the T & P office or is emailed to the students.

    Upon receiving offer letters, the students convey their acceptance.

    Company/Organization conveys the date of joining to the T & P office and the students.

  • 12

    The company/organization hand over the offer letters to the students on the same day or as confirmed with the T & P office.

Note:The placement office records jobs corresponding to the students selected. Students once placed may not be allowed to appear for other interviews as per the institute placement policy.
